How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time: After your package is shipped from our Netherlands warehouse, it is delivered within 1-4 business days depending on the country. (Within Europe) Outside of Europe, delivery time can be 3-7 business days.

How can I track my order?

You can see the process of your order from preparation to shipment in your account. When your order is delivered to the cargo, you will receive a track-trace e-mail regarding the shipment.

An item is missing from my order, what should I do?

We are sorry for this situation. You can send us an e-mail to info@turkstyleshop.com stating your order number or you can contact us via WhatsApp and specify the missing product in your order.

What should I do if I received a wrong product?

Is delivery abroad possible?

Yes, this is possible. Our products are prepared in the Netherlands and you can easily order from all European and World countries.

When will I receive my Track and Trace code?

When will I receive my Track and Trace code?

Once your order is prepared and delivered to cargo within the time specified on the product page, you will receive the tracking number along with the link.

Track & Trace does not show any status, is this normal?

When Track & Trace is created your package has not yet been delivered to the postal company. Therefore your delivery time is not known immediately, it is best to check your status again in a few hours or the next morning. If the status remains closed for 2 days, your package has not yet been processed. It is best to wait a while. If it takes longer than 2 days, you can contact us so we can find out for you.

My package was delivered according to the Cargo company, but I did not receive it. What should I do now?

First of all, we are sorry that you did not receive the package. The postal company may have delivered your package to the neighbors without leaving a note.
Therefore, first ask the neighbors whether the package is there. If this is not the case, please contact us directly.
We will then contact the Postal company to obtain further information about that delivery.

My package arrived damaged or open, what should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it from your mail delivery. Then contact our customer service directly. Accepting a damaged package is at your own risk.

I received the ring, but I want to exchange it for a different size?

The rings you order are made and sent in the size you choose.
If it does not arrive in the size you wanted, the shipping cost is covered by us.
If the size you requested is not the size you chose, the cost of returning it is yours.
You must also pay the shipping fee again for the product to be exchanged and sent back.

I ordered a gift in a wooden box. The wooden box arrived broken during shipping, what should I do?

First of all, we are sorry that you received the package in this way. We carefully prepare the wooden boxes I use in gift sets and take many steps to prevent them from breaking, but from time to time, the package may break due to the cargo company placing a heavy package on it or irregular transportation.
In this case, we can send a new box, but a shipping fee will be charged.

Can I come to your store for exchange or return?

My package has been mailed but it took longer than usual, what should I do?

We are sorry that your package was not delivered to you on time.
First of all, we recommend that you call the cargo company in the country you are in with the tracking number we sent you. If you cannot get a result from there, contact us and we will contact the postal company for you.

My package was lost by the post office, what should I do?

This is really a sad situation. Please contact us. Your order will be sent again as soon as we confirm with the cargo company that it is lost. The product will definitely not be sent again without receiving the result of the loss from the post company.

Delivery times for packages may vary before, during and after holidays. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

We ship our packages with PostNL. This allows us to guarantee the delivery of your product in the best possible way.

We do not know when the PostNL delivery person will deliver your order. Once we have submitted the package to PostNL, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking code and a link. With this code and link, you can track your package on the Track and Trace page of the PostNL website.
